BE CONFIDENT
…IN YOUR TALENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
People are always going to judge you. It’s what some do. You’re too tall. You’re too short. You’re too black. You’re too white. You’re too fat. You’re too skinny. You wake up too early. You go to bed too late. Why do you eat that? And the list goes on, and on, and on…
While the opinions of others in the form of constructive criticism can help you learn, grow, and prosper, more visceral comments are not very helpful. Personally, I’m baffled how people have the time to actually sit around for hours and criticize, put down, and gossip about other people. Seems to me there’s better ways to spend your time. But that’s just me.
Remember, someone’s opinion of you does not have to become your reality. Have confidence in yourself, and your ability to live life on your own terms. It all starts with faith and confidence.
